Healing Hualien─Tzu Chi’s Repair Work After Taiwan’s Earthquake
The powerful earthquake in Hualien, Taiwan, on April 3 damaged many buildings, leading to a shortage of professional repairmen in the area. In response, Tzu Chi expert volunteers from all over Taiwan stepped in and repaired over 150 lightly damaged homes. (Photo by Chen He Jiao)
